Description
A grand, mercantile city on the east coast of the island of Parthos. Its port, sheltered within a deep and wide bay, receives ships from all over the known world. Broad boulevards extend radially out from the port, deep into the city. Between them, warrens of narrow, twisting streets shelter all sorts of activity, criminal and otherwise.
